How long does it take to fully charge?

2-4 hours or until a solid green light is displayed.

What do the indicator lights mean?

1. A flashing green light indicates the battery is low and needs to be recharged.

2. A green indicator light will flash on and off to indicate the pump is charging.

3. A solid green light means the pump is fully charged.

Unit is not charging.

1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to make sure the unit is on (green indicator light).
2. Make sure that the Type-C charging port is firmly connected to the charging port of the device. The cord should be facing away from the dispensing valve.
3. If you do not see a flashing green indicator light while charging, the unit battery power could be depleted, so wait 5 minutes for it to appear.
4. If the unit is still not charging, inspect the cable for any abnormalities. If seen, discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Make sure the USB power adapter is working and rated at 5 V and 1 A, or check your power socket.

Unit is not dispensing even if charged. Unit is not turning on.

Check for extraneous causes:

1. Wipe the sensor lens clean. Rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth are recommended.

Unit is not dispensing and motor sounds can be heard.

Sensor pump may be clogged.
1. Put the dispensing tube into hot water and continue dispensing for 1-2 minutes until the clogged liquid in the machine is discharged.

Pump is dripping.

1. Ensure that you do not move your hand away previous to the dispensing cycle.
2. Thinner soaps like Dr. Bronner's can cause your pump to drip.

Pump is auto-dispensing.

Sensor may be obstructed or too close to an object.
1. Clean the sensor using a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol.
2. Move the unit to a different location or away from any close objects.

What do the indicator lights mean?

1. The green light of the power button flashes to indicate that the battery is low and needs to be charged.
2. The white light of the power button flashes to indicate the position of the switch button.
3. When charging, the green indicator light of the power button will flash, indicating that the pump is charging.
4. A solid green light indicates that the pump is fully charged.

 

Device won't charge or turn on.

1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds, making sure the device displays an "O" and all lights are on.
2. Make sure the USB-C or C-C charging port is firmly connected to the device charging port.
3. If you don't see the flashing green light while charging, your device's battery may be drained, so wait 5 minutes until it appears.
4. If the device still cannot be charged, please check if there is any abnormality in the cable carried by the product. If found, please discontinue use and contact customer support.
5. Make sure the source adapter is working properly and rated for voltage, or check the power outlet.

 

The device's touch screen automatic adjustment button may malfunction.

1. Check if there are water droplets on the top of the touch screen, use a microfiber cloth and alcohol to clean it.
2. Press (+ key & - key & power switch key) simultaneously for more than 2 seconds, the device will automatically update the touch screen.

 

 Device is not dispensing and motor sounds can be heard.

1. Sensor pump may be clogged.
2. Put the dispensing tube into hot water and continue dispensing for 1-2 minutes until the clogged liquid in the machine is discharged.
