1. Q: What should I do if the product cannot be charged normally?
A: Use another USB (Tpye-C）cable and try again.
2. Q: My dispenser doesn't work anymore/It has the working sound but nothing comes out.
A: To settle this issue, you need to prepare a injector or anything else with the same function.
(1)Make sure the battery is not dead, if not, means your machine is clogged;
(2)Open the dispenser, remove the small cap on the top of the suction pipe;
(3)Flush the foam out of the spray head by using a injector(Fill with water) inject water through the suction pipe of the machine;
(4)Try if the dispenser works properly when water and foam comes out of the spray head;
(5)If your dispenser still not works after injection, please contact us.
3. Q: What should I do when the product is automatically dispense?
A: Change the position of the product and test again, and avoid strong light exposure (strong light exposure will affect the sensitive of the sensor)
4.Q: What should I do if the product dispense scarce foam?
A: Mix water with liquid to the ratio of 3:1(The specific proportion needs to be slightly adjusted according to the viscosity of different liquids) through the measuring cup included in the product；
5. Avoid cleaning the product when the power is on, avoid immersing the product in water or flushing the product directly with water.
